Disab Centurion - Model P30 -Truck Mounted Vacloader

A truck mounted unit which can transport bulk materials and liquids by vacuum or overpressure through a hose system with a diameter up to 200 mm.

The unit is driven by the truck’s engine providing compact high capacity machinery with the highest possible load capacity for a truck mounted unit.

The handled material may consist of hazardous material where ADR and GGVS regulations are applicable. Tank codes are L4AH and S4AH.

The material tank and filter compartment are combined and the dust from the filter is emptied together with the material from the tank via a filter hatch.

To achieve optimal flexibility when emptying, the tank is positioned in a special cradle for the rear part of the tank with a tipping axle and raised 1000 mm when tipping. This provides the unit with a variable high-tip. To stabilize the unit when tipping at the high-tip position, hydraulic support legs are mounted on the unit.

Collected material can also be discharged by tipping the tank or pneumatically through a hose.
