Altair and Polaris - Tubular foil machines
The automatic packaging machines, Altair and Polaris, join the high quality of packaging in a tubular bag with a high production capacity. These characteristics make the packaging machines ideal to be used in several fields as petrochemical, fertilizers, animal food etc. The wide range of accessories as corner sealers, film gnsseting units, bag month cleaning system, air suction in side the bag, etc, allow to satisfy different product requirements. Option: A hydraulic lifting device to lift the heavy plastic rolls directly from the ground. Thereby the changing of the foil is performed easily and in a verv short time.
The film unwinder feeds the packaging machine with the required length of film in a short time, without stretching the film. The film unwinder reaches 900 mm film length in 0.4 sec within 2 mm of accuracy.
The cutting and bottom sealing of the bag is done at the same time. The sealing temperature is controlled by an electric device, Ropex. The control of heat saves teflon and seal band. It ensures also a superior precision and safe result.
Tlie filling month opens inside the bag during filling, which prevents any spilling of product. There is also a dust collector around the filling area that captures the dust.
A roller conveyor inside the machine transports the full bags. The roller conveyor is also supporting the bags during the filling. On the roller conveyor a cylinder is installed to settle the product for better filling. The roller conveyor height can be adjusted for different products via the PIC.
