The RCP Short Distance is a pneumatic valve engineered to handle non-lubricated filtered air with an operating pressure ranging from 0.5 to 7.5 bar. It is crafted from die-cast aluminum for the cover and base, and incorporates stainless steel for the pilot unit, screws, and bolts, ensuring robust construction and long-term reliability. The valve is designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, while an optional heating element allows for operation at temperatures as low as -40°C. The coil insulation is rated at Class H for high thermal endurance, and the unit is protected with an IP66 rating, indicating its suitability for challenging environments. Standard voltage options for the unit include 230 V, 110 V, and 24V in 50-60 Hz with a power usage of 19 VA, as well as 24 VDC at 20W.
