UAF - Polyester Air Filters
Polyester air filters offer high dust arrestance and low resistance when installed in electronics, computer, telecom, datacom, medical and general purpose equipment – where disposable filters are most appropriate. Some models are specially designed for equipment with limited space. Polyester filters are flame retardant and meet UL 94 HF-1 standards for electronics, NEBS compliant and motor vehicle applications. Available in framed filter assemblies or cut-to-size filter pads.
Each model performs with a high degree of dust arrestance when installed in electronics, computer and HVAC equipment where disposable filters are most appropriate. - Polyester media is available in all frame models in various thickness configurations UFM-25 (0.25″), UFM-50 (0.50″) and UFM-100 (1.0″).
Polyester media is a non-woven, non-migrating, synthetic material with ASHRAE dust arrestance to 90%. Advanced technology manufacturing equipment is used to produce a media of high quality, uniformity and excellent filtering performance. Polyester media is flame retardant and listed UL 94 HF-1, and UL 900 Class 2. Polyester media is sandwiched between two Uni-Grid supports, making it inseparable after assembly.
