DCM - Model DL Series -Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine
The range of DL (Dinamic Loading) series cleaning equipment ranges from 100 to 9000 liters of capacity. They are designed for cleaning, degreasing, stripping, disinfecting and descaling all types of materials. All are equipped with a pneumatic lifting system up to 1000 kg and a hydraulic lifting system from 1000 kg. Furthermore, all our equipment can double this load in static mode when the basket rests at the bottom of the tank. From 1000L all units have automatic lid opening and closing. For smaller capacity equipment, it is possible to install an automatic lid as an option. The entire DL series can be optionally equipped with: automatic lid, steam extraction, automatic water filling, automatic detergent (liquid) dispenser, filtration unit that extends the life of the bath, automatic oil extraction, tank construction and parts in contact with the chemical product in AISI 316 stainless steel.
WHY CHOOSE DCM ULTRASONIC MACHINES?
- Overflow: 3/4" overflow connected to the customer's installation to avoid possible product spills in case of excessive liquid level.
- Integrated electrical cabinet: Integrated electrical panel with easy access to maintenance that makes the machine more compact and allows its installation close to the walls.
- Double-layer thermal-acoustic insulation: 50mm thick double-layer thermal and acoustic insulation (fireproof) that reduces noise emission while preventing heat loss and making the machine more environmentally friendly.
- Integrated construction in AISI 304 / 316 stainless steel: The machine is entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel and submersible in AISI 316L. Optionally it can be built in AISI 316L.
- Daily ECO mode: Programming the heating in ECO mode that allows you to maintain the temperature during the night with minimal energy costs.
- Oil separator: Oil separation system using laminar flow, consisting of a pump with an AISI 316L stainless steel body that removes the oil from the surface, preventing the parts from staining when leaving.
- V-Shape: V-shaped tank bottom that makes it easier to clean the tank and remove sludge.
- Double welding system: Double internal and external welding of the entire tank that ensures maximum tightness and reliability of the tank.
- Electrical heaters on the sides: Stainless steel electric resistance located on the sides of the tank away from the bottom to prevent premature breakage due to sludge accumulation at the bottom.
- Ultra-compact size: Ultra-compact design that allows the installation of the tank in very small spaces.
- Integrated light beacon: Integrated light signaling beacon that allows you to know the status of the machine at all times even without being in its vicinity.
- Heavy Duty: The robust construction of the DCM ultrasonic equipment makes our machines the ones that lift the most weight on the market, being able to clean really heavy loads.

- Increased cleaning efficiency through optimized cavitation: The combination of ultrasound and dynamic movement enhances the cavitation process, generating a more intense and homogeneous cleaning action. The moving load prevents the formation of ultrasonic shadow zones and ensures that all surfaces of the part are exposed to the acoustic energy, removing adhered contaminants more quickly.
- Reduced process time: The movement of the load improves the circulation of the cleaning fluid, accelerating the removal of grease, oxides, machining residues and biological contaminants. In applications such as industrial degreasing or metal pickling, treatment time is significantly reduced compared to static systems.
- Better penetration in parts with complex geometries: Parts with internal cavities, perforations or hard-to-reach areas benefit greatly from dynamic loading, as mechanical movement and ultrasonic vibration ensure that the fluid and acoustic waves penetrate every corner, removing residues that would otherwise be trapped.
- Lower chemical consumption and reduced operating costs: By improving cleaning efficiency, a lower concentration of detergents or chemical agents is required to achieve the same result. This reduces environmental impact, minimises operating costs and prolongs the life of cleaning fluids. In addition, dynamic movement decreases the need for manual intervention, optimising energy and resource consumption.
