Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) removal from biogas is often necessary to prevent corrosion and the increased maintenance of downstream equipment. H2S can also inhibit the effective removal of siloxanes. Removal of H2S from the gas stream reduces S02 emissions from the end-use exhaust. Unison Solutions utilizes several different sulfur removal technologies depending on the application and the raw gas H2S concentration levels.
For static bed systems, we offer complete vessel design and custom fabrication services, along with a variety of media options. We can also incorporate a regenerable H2S removal system for sites with high concentrations of H2S. This system recirculates liquid for continuous H2S removal and regenerates with ambient air. Removing or reducing H2S in the digester is also an option with our H2S reduction powder.
