USHA HEPA filters are constructed as per the application of customer.
We design and manufacture HEPA filters in two models as given below:
- Turbulent flow filter
- Laminar flow filter
- Type: Flange or Box Panel / V Bank Mini Pleat
- Frame: Galvanized steel / CRCA powder coated / Aluminium anodized / SS 304 / Extruded channer / ABS / Cardboard
- Separators: Aluminium comb / Hotmelt
- Sealant: 2 component polyurethane
- Filter Media: Glass fiber (Optional – Nanofiber coated and PTFE laminated)
- Gasket: Optional - Neoprene rubber gasket / EPDM Foam gasket / Food grade gasket
- Filter Class: As per EN1822
- Air Flow: 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, 1700, 2000,3400,5100 CFM (As per the size of filter and velocity through which air passes)
- Filter Efficiency: 99.97% to 99.997% down to 0.3 microns
- IPD: Less than 25 mm wg
