Utilizing a patented design, these chambers reflect 99.8% of 254 nm UV light back into the chamber, ensuring maximum UV exposure and efficiency. With a footprint 75% smaller than conventional UV systems, the RefleX D228 optimizes space without compromising performance. It is engineered for minimal maintenance with features like high-output amalgam lamps and real-time dosimetry for effective operation. These systems are suitable for applications such as recreational facilities, microelectronics, food and beverage production, and commercial water treatment. Their ability to function on 120V or 230V single-phase power and control up to four chambers independently makes them highly versatile. The TUV safety certification and NSF 50 and NSF 61 certifications underscore their reliability and compliance with industry standards.

Higher reflectivity for higher transmissivity.
The UV transmissivity (UVT) of the treated water, combined with the flow rate through the unit, determine the UV dosage applied to the water. Parti cles in water typically absorb or reflect UV light which affects the water's UV transmissivity. NeoTech Aqua’s units are rated based on a UVT of 95%. The above graph illustrates the appropriate rating for the D228 based on varying UVT levels. The NeoTech Aqua Solutions technical team provides complimentary UVT analysis on customer-supplied water samples to ensure proper UV equipment sizing.
