QuickPatch - Model UV Pro Version -UV LED Curing System
The Pro version allows to cure from DN80-DN600, including a 70 m reel with elastic hose of DN20 and air ducts to supply compressed air for packer inflation. Hose design integrates power supply cable and data communication wires to curing cores and CCD cameras. Packer can be positioned either pushing the white hose in or puling from the opposite manhole.

- Vision control package: a 8’’ monitor and electronics to integrate CCD cameras in every curing packer.
- Go to the job-site Kit, 20 & 50 m. A Kit that includes all necessary accessories to position and bring compressed air to the UV packer.

Go the job-site Kit
With Go to job-site 20 & 50 you would have everything you need to cure UV packers. This kit includes: small compressor, pressure regulator, manometer, 20 m (or 50 m) 1 1/2`` air hose, 20 m (or 50 m) of pushing rods (8 mm diameter, length 1.000 mm). Air filter and water separator. Option for QuickPatch Lite only.
Curing times: from 150 s to 4 min depending on the resin
Curing speed of a UV pack when exposed to a given UV light source, would be a function of the diameter of the patch, the UV power and the type of resin.
