Higuchi - UV Quartz OZONE Lamps

UV spectrum peak 185 & 254nm. The ozone lamp(a short-wave germicidal lamp) made of quartz glass transmits UV rays at 185nm wave length that generates ozone(free radical), as well as germicidal UV rays at 253.7nm. The ozone lamp is best used for air disinfecting, deodorizing, surface & chamber disinfection, TOC reduction in water, photomask and display cleaning. Ozone can be hazardous when the amount exceeds limits. We can control the amount of ozone by splice fusing together non-Ozone quarts and Ozone glass at various ratios. This ratio can change the amount of Ozone from 10% to 100% of desired ozone gas output. We use high quality ozone glass to meet industrial heavy duty requirements.
