The VacuDAP system is a modular solution for measuring the Dose Area Product (DAP) crucial in X-ray diagnostics. It adheres to European Guideline 2013/59/EURATOM and international regulations like IEC 60580, ensuring comprehensive patient dosimetry control in X-ray and fluoroscopy systems. The system includes various ionization chambers that can seamlessly integrate with different X-ray equipment configurations, including C-arm machines. Its transparent chambers are designed to fit easily onto collimator accessory rails, allowing flexible adaptation. A serial data interface is standard, enabling data transfer to printers or PCs. OEM options for system integration with existing generators further enhance adaptability. Additionally, the VacuDAP duo variant can measure Air Kerma and its rate, along with DAP, offering versatile patient monitoring. Available accessories like printers and adaptors further extend system capabilities.
