The automatic strapping system ASR2 is added to an (existing) NDG40. The purpose is to increase the capacity AND meanwhile reducing the labour cost. A capacity of 45 bales/hour with 1 operator on the press can be achieved on the condition that the feeding of the NDG-carts to the press is done by another person, or by means of a cart feeding system.
