Vertek CPT track rig systems are designed for deep pushes in tough geologies and easy maneuverability over difficult terrains. These CPT push systems range in push force from 10 to 25 tons of total reaction ballast.

We can offer an option that best suits your needs. Capable to complete all facets of CPT testing in a climate-controlled environment, our tracked CPT systems can work 365 days a year!

Offering a range of equipment, Vertek can manufacture your CPT track rig on our standard steel tracked system or modify and mount a system to a commercial carrier (ex. Terramac or Marooka). Our designs can be modified to your application and requirements.

Deepest Soundings: Vertek CPT track rigs are typically equipped with 20 tons of push force and can be ballasted to achieve reaction weights required to utilize maximum push force through the toughest overburden geologies.

Easy Operation: Our CPT track rigs are meant to be operated remotely either by a wireless or tethered controller. A safe stand-off operational distance allows hazards to be avoided (Follow me) or maneuvers to completed without being within the vehicle enclosure. Our bellypack controller also allows users to safely raise and level the machine without being inside the van body.

Conquer: Vertek CPT track rigs give you the ability to maneuver through the most challenging terrain, safely load and offload onto transportation trailers, complete CPT in low ground pressure and off-road environments, and can have rubber-coated pads attached to prevent damage to pavements or concrete.
