Tane - Model VS1 -Vertical Long Shaft Pump
The TTVC series of vertical bag pumps are multi-stage, radial split and are equipped with a housing. The first stage impeller is generally a suction type impeller. The axial force is absorbed by the radial thrust ball bearing. In the case where the pressure difference is large, the axial force is balanced by the balance drum device. The housing is only subjected to inlet pressure, and the length of the housing and the depth of installation of the pump depend on the NPSH cavitation performance requirements. If the pump is installed on the vessel or connected to the pipe flange, the casing (ie TVC type) may not be installed. The bearing lubrication is lubricated with thin oil and has an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system. A hydrodynamic radial plain bearing is located at the inlet end of the pump.
The pump shaft has an intermediate support with a certain installation depth and its support is lubricated with liquid. The shaft seals are in the form of a single mechanical seal and a series mechanical seal. Comes with a cooling, rinsing or sealing fluid system. The suction pipe and the discharge pipe are located at the upper part of the mounting flange at 180 degrees to each other, and other layouts are also possible. The motor drives the pump through a flexible coupling. Viewed from the drive end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
