Thomas - Vertically Pivoting Automatic Barrier

The TÜV and VdS certified firewater barrier consists of a vertically standing barrier body with a hinge and barrier box on one side as well as a U-profile receiver on the other. When not in use, the barrier is held in the vertical position by a pneumatic cylinder. Upon activation of a button, an on-site fire alarm or in cases of power loss, the vertically standing barrier pivots to the horizontal, closed position where it is automatically locked into place in the U-profile by pneumatic clamps. Unlocking of the pneumatic clamps and resetting of the barrier to its vertical position is carried out automatically by the pneumatic cylinder. This product is protected by patent.
