VIA Laser - CNC-Controlled 5-Axis Laser Welding System

Axis extensions of up to 6 m enable the production of tailored blanks as well as very complex 3D parts. Rotary axes support simple joining geometries.

The use of additional materials ensures, if necessary, targeted influence on the melt pool for materials that are difficult to weld.

For laser welding, we have state-of-the-art CNC-controlled 5-axis system technology with a processing area of 3000 mm x 1500 mm x 500 mm at our disposal. Beam outputs of up to 5 kW in combination with our standard and special machines leave hardly any customer wishes unfulfilled.
