VIA Laser & Systemtechnik GmbH + Co. KG focuses its activities on the areas of laser material and complete processing of workpieces and assemblies. Laser cutting, laser welding, selective surface treatment as well as product and technology developments determine the range of services offered. Additional manufacturing processes such as bending and robot welding (MIG, MAG and TIG) expand the manufacturing spectrum. Design and manufacture of complete assemblies and systems according to customer requirements in small, medium and large series:

For pipe processing, we have a state-of-the-art CNC-controlled laser pipe processing system with up to 2.7 kW laser beam power at our disposal. This system enables us to process round, oval, trapezoidal, rectangular and square pipes in standard lengths of up to 6.5 m. With the help of special software, pipe nodes, pipe penetrations, pipe intersections, miter cuts or even simple cutouts of any shape can be designed and manufactured.

For laser welding, we have state-of-the-art CNC-controlled 5-axis system technology with a processing area of 3000 mm x 1500 mm x 500 mm at our disposal. Beam outputs of up to 5 kW in combination with our standard and special machines leave hardly any customer wishes unfulfilled.

With the existing MIG / MAG / TIG welding robot, it is possible to join welded assemblies with a mass of up to 1000 kg and dimensions of a maximum of 2000 mm x 1200 mm x 1200 mm. We also have several manual welding workstations at our disposal. We can use a modular fixture system to position the components quickly and optimally. We have spot and stud welding technology available for other welding applications.
