Macpresse - Model MAC 111L/1 -Waste Baler
MAC 111L/1: MEDIUM AND LARGE-SIZED BALER FOR MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE. IT BALES MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE, INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL WASTE, RDF. MAC 111L/1 is a waste baler with an output capacity of 50-55 ton/hour, designed to process municipal solid waste, commercial & industrial waste (C&I), refuse derived fuel (RDF). The most suitable plants for MAC 111L/1 are transfer stations and landfills.
It is the medium/large-sized version of Macpresse models – “L” series (MAC 108L/1, Mac 110L/1, Mac 111L/1, Mac 112), i.e. the series of balers specifically designed for baling any type of material, also non-recyclable materials. Thanks to a series of ad hoc measures, the L series is not affected by the problems relating to bulky materials and the organic fraction of waste. A double motor enhances performance of the Mac 111 L in terms of output speed.

Cartridge hydraulic manifold block. Oversized metal structural frame made with high quality materials to withstand the high level of wear and tear and the structural stress typical of waste baling.
Compacting chamber and bale extrusion channel covered with HARDOX 450 wear resistant plates.
5 wire re-inforced horizontal binding unit.
Ideal bale size (W 1100 x H 1100) to optimize loading on the most common means of land, sea and rail transport.
You can also install a conveyor system with scraper for collection of leachate.
