Introduction of Systems of Waste Oil Refining Plant
Heating system: This system mainly consists of fuel tank, heater for fuel oil, as well as heating furnace. It has advantages of high heating efficiency, low heat loss, as well as higher heating rate. Heater for fuel oil is used to control heat input rate, so as to ensure the operation stability of whole system.
Distillation system: this system consists of reboiler, fractionating tower, condensers and oil storage tank. Special structural design of fractionating tower shall improve quality of fraction. Both ends of tubular surface condenser can be opened easily; it is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
Vacuum systems: this system consists of vacuum buffer tank and vacuum pump. Negative pressure distillation can decrease the temperature of each fraction. This design not only can reduce energy consumption and cost, but also can improve the production and quality.
