CALABRESE - Model CH405 -Waste Packer
The CH405 Waste Packer is designed for efficient waste management, ensuring high volume capacity ranging from 11.5 to 18 cubic meters while maintaining a low tare weight. It is compatible with cabs having a Gross Vehicle Weight (G.V.W.) between 11,550 to 19,000 kilograms. The construction utilizes wear-proof, high yield-point sheet steel with reinforced stiffeners. The packing system features a self-aligning, single-shovel mechanism with a high packing ratio, driven by hydraulic cylinders equipped with ball-joints. This system comprises an articulated shovel within the tailgate, operated by four double-acting cylinders. The trolley cylinders are securely encased for protection. The efficient hydraulic system, safeguarded by a safety valve, supports an automatic cycle divided into four packing stages. Operations can be managed automatically, manually, or in reverse cycle, facilitated by an electronic card with diagnostic capability.
This kind of packer assures a high volume range (from 11.5 to 18 m3 ) and a limited tare. It`s assembled on cabs having G.V.W. from 11,550 to 19,000 Kg. The equipment is made of wear-proof, high yeld-point sheet steel and provided with adequate stiffeners. The packing system is a self-aligning single-shovel type with a high packing ratio, operated by hydraulic cylinders provided with ball-joints, and it`s made up of an articulated built-up shovel, housed in the tailgate and operated by 4 double-acting cylinders.
- The trolley cylinders are protected within the same.
- The hydraulic system, protected by a safety valve, allows an automatic cycle for the 4 packing stage. Controls are governed by electro-hydraulic distributors (or by PLC on request) operated by an electronic card provided with a check-control device for quick diagnosis.
- The following operations are guaranteed: automatic system with single and continuous cycle / manual system with independent phases / reverse cycle with trolley lifting.
- The pusher-plate, operated by a double-acting hydraulic cylinder, generates a counter-pressure during loading phase. It slides within special guides on antifriction, self-lubricating blocks.
- The equipment is finished with: 2 rotating beacons, rear footboards, liquid restrain panel with drain plug.
- For EC countries, it also includes: anti under-run bars, remote control, emergency switches on each tailgate side, exhaust pipe directed upwards, clearance lights.
