Benenv - Wave Dewatering Thickener
WAVE Separator is a solid-liquid separator machine with self-cleaning function by slits opposite continuous rotation, no vibration and noises. Play a vital role in various solid-liquid separation projects. Solid content rate can be thickened from 0.5%-1% to 3%-10%, improving the treatment capacity. Slit width can be adjusted to maximize its role according to different treatment targets and treatment purposes.
No cloging and backwash
Solid-liquid separation and self-cleaning are carried out simultaneously by slits opposite continuous rotation.
Large transport load
Smooth rotation in a wave-shape of oval discs enables high transportload.
Stable treatment capacity
Continuous cleaning process avoids the problem of treatment capacity reduction in other type dewatering machines.
Easy maintenance
Since structure is quite simple, maintenance is also very easy.

Note 1: Experiment sample is a mixture of vegetables, fish and meat (from food processing) and 400-600L water. Note 2: Maximum slit opening was used 1.0mm, crushed parts were collected.
