ACR - Model Magna-Patch™ 611 -Wear Plate Retaining System
The Magna-Patch™ MP-611 is designed for use on smaller diameter piping and radius surfaces. It can be used on rounded or flat surfaces where a smaller patch would work best. Similar to the MP-811 in that it works on flat and round radius applications, but designed for smaller diameter piping (3” dia and up).
TheMP-611system consists of 3 components.
Magnetic retainer—a flexible elastomeric material with 6 powerful magnetic elements
Dimension—6.5” X 8.5” (16.5cm X 21.5cm) Weight 2.7lbs (1.2 kg)
Comes with two replaceable abrasion resistant pads (pads for other conditions available)
Dimensions 2.5” X 3.5” X 1/4” (6.4cm X 8.9cm X .6cm)
Adjustable 1/2” “Power Screw” (tightens pad against area to be patched)
For larger pipe diameters, try the MP-811 or MP-711.
