WEI technical department designs and develops drilling rigs and equipment on customers’ request with 3D Solid works calculation solution FEA and AutoCAD 2D. Our quality internal management aim is to make our product with the best parts and material from the USA and European market. The quality department follows NDT training, and all of our personnel follows safety training courses on early basis and we organise with skilled teachers English and French courses for the employees and Hydraulic courses for the technicians involved in this area of the engineering and construction. Many of our specialized assembler have BOISET-OPITO certification.

Application

Great attention is given to product quality and services, WEI constantly checks all work cycles, from product design to product delivery, not to mentions our caring post-sale assistance. Each cycle is strictly checked to fulfil Costumers` needs and expectations.

OUR PRODUCTION

All the drilling rigs that we produce are customised on the clients requests, we are able to manufacture 5-6 rigs of medium-high range (450.000-750.000# ) per year, or 8-10 drilling rigs of small size, for water research.
All our production is internally engineered and built having as a result products of high quality and reliability.
From our beginning up to now we have engineered and manufactured more than 50 drilling rigs complete with pipes loader, all of them are still working with very low maintenance costs.
We are also very proud to have built in 2005 the Dual Derrick for Saipem Group of 3.000.000#.
We obviously don’t produce only drilling rigs. Our Company is recognized by Main International Drilling Contractors and International Service Companies as manufacturer of equipment and rigs and we have yearly agreement for equipment inspection and maintenance as per API standards.
WEI ha also patented many equipment designed and manufactured during the past years.

WHERE WE ARE

The Company’s location is into a prefabricated structure of over 54.000 square feet , with a large square intended for assembling and reviewing of 75.300 square feet; our workshop is well equipped with lathes, milling machines, cutting tools, slicing machines, folding machines, different welders types, many drills and assembling tools.
We also own another workshop of 21.500 covered square feet, complete with offices and outside space, some meters far from our main location, used as a warehouse and part of it for the medium small construction.
