BEIRENS welded exhausts ensure the perfect safety, improved performance and good structural resistance of your installation. 100 % watertight, thanks to a continuous welding, BEIRENS exhausts are in compliance with standards in force. BEIRENS welded exhausts can be used to connect all types of new or existing appliances: engines, turbines, furnaces, boilers and fans. They are suitable for use with all types of fuel (gas, fuel oil, wood, coal, biogas or biomass) and evacuation of all types of exhaust fumes containing sulphur, chlorine, volatile organic compounds, dust, etc.

Welded exhausts

  • Connection to the boiler outlet with fl ange or locking band
  • Lengths, elbows and brackets
  • Insulation: mineral wool from 50 to 200 mm thick, depending on operating temperature constraints or concrete liner according to the composition of exhaust fumes and applications
  • Coatings: primary aluminium jacket (isoxal) or mirror-finish stainless steel
  • Acoustic treatment by beirens: absorptive silencers (bulbs, baffles, absorbent wall), reactive silencers (single-chamber, double-chamber, wave resonators)
  • Anti-explosion valves: protection against electric generator explosions. Pressure relief: 300 mbar
  • Vacuum breaker valves: prevent deformation of ducts when motors suddenly stop. Valve released at 100 mbar
  • Anchoring: metallic frame, fi xed points, sliding points, spring bracket, cradle, anchor foot and guy wires
  • Textile or stainless steel expansion joints to treat vibrations and expansion
  • Measuring points: inlets (O2, NOx, temperature…)
  • Inspection hatches: 150 x 250 mm, 250 x 250 mm, 400 x 500 mm (for custommade hatches please consult us).
