ChemInnov chimneys are standard, industrial chimneys, intended for all types of boilers and electricity generators running on gas, fuel, oil or wood with flue gas temperatures of 60° to 550°C.  ChemInnov chimneys are available in diameters 200 to 800mm. They are made out of austenitic stainless steel and insulated by mineral wool, the thickness and density of which vary depending on application. The standard fi- nish jacket is made from primary aluminium.  They can be tied with a guiding collar or free-standing with embedded anchors in the ground. The ChemInnov base plate means that the chimney can be turned 360°.

Single-flue chimneys are single-wall metal industrial chimneys intended for boilers, electricity generators, turbines and furnaces running on gas, heating oil, heavy fuel oil, wood, coal, biogas or biomass. The smoke flue ensures both the stability of the chimney and smoke evacuation. Our extensive choice of materials means that Single-flue chimneys can be adapted to evacuate all types of waste. The smoke temperature can reach 1,200°C and more. Single-flue chimneys can be tied, free-standing or guy wired.  They can be adapted to all types of height and diameter to suit your operating appliance requirements..

Double-Wall chimneys are metal industrial chimneys comprising a bearing structure (external wall) for stability and an internal heat insulated flue liner for evacuating fumes. Double-wall chimneys are designed for all types of boilers, electricity generators, turbines, furnaces and all fuel types: gas, heating oil, heavy fuel oil, wood, coal, biogas and biomass. They are adapted to evacuate all types of fl ue gases. The smoke temperature can reach 1,200°C or more. Double-wall chimneys can be tied, free-standing or guy wired. They can be adapted to all types of height (from 12m) and diameter to suit your operating appliance requirements.

Multi-flue chimneys comprise of several flue liners incorporated into a shell. The internal flues evacuate fumes. The structural shell makes the installation stable. Multi-flue chimneys are designed for all types of boilers, electricity generators, turbines and furnaces irrespective of the type(s) of fuel: gas, heating oil, heavy fuel oil, wood, coal, biogas and biomass. They are adapted to evacuate all types of waste and the smoke temperatures can reach 600°C. Multi-flue chimneys can be free-standing or self-supporting. They are suitable for all types of height (from 12m) and diameter to suit your operating appliance requirements.

Gigogne, or concentric flue, chimneys comprise several nested flue liners of decreasing diameters. The internal flues evacuate fumes from the generators and the shell evacuates fumes and forms the structural shell of the chimney. Gigogne chimneys provide the ideal response to the regulations: «Every effort is made to ensure that the combustion gases are evacuated using the least number of chimneys possible, at a height enabling an effective dispersal of pollutants». Gigogne chimneys are designed for all types of gas, heavy fuel oil, biogas or biomass-fired electricity generators and boilers. They are adapted to evacuate all types of gases. The smoke temperature can reach 600°C. To optimise maintenance and repairs, only the central flue (with a smaller diameter) can be used with solid or liquid fuel. The ring smoke flues are for use with natural gas.

Steel lining involves introducing one or more separate welded flues inside an existing smoke flue so as to make the installation workable. This lining replaces the old smoke flue. The main purpose of the lining is to make the smoke flue, no longer meeting the regulations in force in this field, tight to combustion gas.

This type of silencer consists of a series of parallel baffles placed inside the smoke flue (exhaust or chimney) creating large contact areas that efficiently absorb medium and high frequency noises. Each baffle is made up of a layer of high density mineral wool, 50 to 350 mm thick (60 to 100 kg/m3), an anti-defibration fibreglass covering and a mechanical protection made of perforated steel plates.

This type of silencer consists of a reactive + absorptive assembly in order to cover a wide range of frequencies. Depending on installation constraints, the different modules (resonator, absorbent wall, bulb...) can be dissociated. Moreover, to handle severe thermal and aeraulic constraints and thus achieve good mechanical durability for the absorbent materials, the latter are systematically protected by a layer of fibreglass and stainless steel perforated plating.
