50psi, 50Bbl capacity H2S / CO2 service twin compartment calibrated vertical Surge tank mounted in skid and covered crash frame with explosion proof lighting and supply cable on skid. 3”206F Inlet, 3”206M and 4”206M outlets with bypass manifold to oil outlet with 3” ANSI 600 full bore ball valves on inlet and oil bypass and 3” ANSI 150 full bore ball valves on oil, drain, gas and vent outlets.
Steam coil included with inlet / outlet 2” 150 full bore ball valves and inlet check valve.
Measuring equipment consists of calibrated volumetric scale on sight glasses and Pressure, Temperature gauges on both compartments of vessel and sample points for Gas and Liquid sampling.
Pneumatic Control equipment consists of a 3” Pressure controller on Gas line with transparent type sight glasses for manual liquid level control. If automatic liquid level control required a set of additional nozzles are available on both compartments of vessel for installation of level controller with external displacer when required.
Hi-Lo level alarm system with pneumatic horn on each compartment with additional nozzles available on vessel for Hi-Lo Pressure alarm and shutdown systems when required.
There are two Pilot operated Pressure safety valves directly mounted on independent vessel nozzles.
Operating temperature range of -29 to 121 Deg C.
