Western Rubber - Model BP -Well Screen Seal Assembly

The one and only BP Assembly. A simple soultion to develop and gravel pack a well, while maintaining control of the well screen. Quickly connect or disconnect from the screen with ease. The BP Assembly gives you total control during operation, and creates a sand tight seal after completing well development.

Features of items in assembly:

  • B.P. SEAL is threaded onto top of well screen and sealed after cleaning. An additional sealing trip is required.
  • WASHPLUG is used to center and seal the customer provided washtube. This provides better flow and pressure to clean the formation.
  • BACK PRESSURE VALVE is used to seal the bottom of well screen after washing is completed.
  • SAW TOOTH NIPPLE is used to protect the valve and allows the screen to be drilled down if necessary, also provides resistance while un-threading from this assembly.
