It is intended for reception of raw materials, its accumulation and dosed giving. Raw materials are loaded into the hopper manually or by mechanical devices (conveyor, cyclone, loader). Unloading is due to mechanisms (rakes) that move back and forth alternately (depending on the setting). Raw materials from the hopper are fed in portions to the auger conveyor and unloaded through a window in the conveyor chute.

The system is a full-fledged autonomous product, allows you to move and transport raw materials with a maximum fraction of 60x60x100 mm at a total humidity of 60% and is controlled by a controller.

Scope of the hopper "living bottom":

Boiler house composition;
The composition of the accumulation of mass in the production lines of pellets and briquettes (serves for drying). Often used in conjunction with a chopping machine;
