Allegheny GeoVISION - Winch Cable
GeoVISION winch cable is designed specifically for our borehole video systems. The outer steel conductors are the strength members, while the center copper conductor carries the video signal from the camera to the control panel. Our cable has a breaking strength of nearly 150 pounds (68 kg).

The polyethylene insulation is both light weight and inert. This makes all of our systems portable by a single person while at the same time minimizing the opportunity for cross contamination between wells. Our cable is also flat rather than round.
