The Wind Direction Sensor is is a professional meteorological sensor used to measure horizontal wind direction. It consists of two parts, the body, and the vane. It measures the Wind Direction in degree (°). The Wind Direction Sensor can be used for many reasons, such as the interpretation of the values of modules temperature, as a strong wind blowing from the North, for example, can cool the panel. It is also used is to document warranty claims related to the damage caused by the wind.
