Workstations
Open and enclosed workstations as well their design and integration into the concept of a paint-spraying shop will become more and more important in the future. A key aspect is the work that goes on there and making sure the workplaces involved are designed in line with ergonomic principles.
The type- and arrangement of lighting is an essential criterion for being able to carry out the work involved without mistakes. L&E Engineering designs these systems taking the above-mentioned parameters into consideration. The workstations are made up of the lamp gantries with all manner of inspection lamps, the working level with wooden floor and gratings, the supply of media, any necessary extractor systems and the requisite workstation equipment.
For lighting, L&E has developed a dimmable surface inspection lamp for use at AUDIT stations to permit optimum visual assessment by the worker. A further feature is the supply of media, such as electric power, compressed air, demineralised water, which in some cases are integrated into the lamp gantries.
