Thanks to nearly 40 years of experience in the mechanical and electromechanical industry, `Kacperek` has developed a strong position on the Polish market. PRODUCTS ADAPTED TO CUSTOMER NEEDS

As a Polish manufacturer of gearmotors, Kacperek manufactures a series of MR worm gears that can be freely modified to suit the customers` requirements.
MR gearboxes can be produced in standard versions (with output shaft, side flange, reaction arm), but also in special versions for customer`s order regardless of quantity.
version with a drive shaft used to seat a hand crank or a pulley;
version with double-sided drive shaft for serial connection of gears with parallel output holes;
clutch version for connecting the reducer with the engine by means of a torsionally flexible coupling, ensuring a soft start and compensation of misalignment;
version with exit holes of a special shape and metric or inch dimensions;
version with a left-hand auger for symmetrical cooperation with the version with a right-hand auger;
Viton seals at the input and output from the gearbox;
possibility of using synthetic oil, oils for specific operating conditions, including low temperatures, cooking oil;
gear parts made of materials on request, e.g. monolithic bronze worm wheel, steel worm wheel hub, stainless steel elements, etc. and other special versions upon customer`s request.
