BJ - Worm Gear Screw Jacks

The design of the BJ-Gear worm gear screw jacks is compact, simple and their modular construction allows great flexibility in the choice of gear, mounting options, flanges, oil types and surface treatments. The modular design is also ideal if there is a need for customisations where the gearbox must be optimised for specific needs. That is the reason why we can produce worm gear screw jacks adapted to your wishes at an attractive price.

The worm gear screw jack allows for axial positioning, and together with our other products within the field of encoders, couplings and connecting shafts, it allows for running more axial movements synchronously. The spindles can be protected from dirt and water by using protecting tubes.

All worm gear screw jacks may as standard be supplied with easy-to-clean, yellow chromated surfaces, stainless steel spindles and food approved lubricants.
If there are special requirements for the design, we are pleased to offer adaptations - even in smaller quantities.

If there is a need for higher speed and/or loads, we have a great experience in adapting or designing special worm gear screw jacks. The worm gear screw jack is always self-locking due to the trapezoidal spindle, which in many cases may constitute an additional safety factor, for example, when the Worm gear screw jack is used for lifting tables.
