These shredders in the ZXS series are built for the most demanding and high throughput applications in recycling; from the size reduction of large petrochemical lumps to MSW waste streams.
All shredders in the ZXS series feature large 750mm diameter rotors with widths ranging from 1500-300mm, which are driven by two oversized industrial gearboxes. The low speed of 45rpm guarantees a high torque and smooth operation, for the easy shredding of a variety of infeed materials.
To ensure easy maintenance and flexibility, each machine comes equipped with a unique bolted knife and knife holder.
