Apartment Living Services
When you live in the city, everything is at your doorstep and your local is the best the country has to offer. Your local shops are the Queen Victoria Market, your local park is the Royal Botanic Gardens and your local footy ground is the MCG.
We`ve recently launched a new campaign to encourage people to buy a property in the city. The campaign will draw on the idea that when you live in the city, your local is the best the country has to offer.
Designed to drive demand for residential apartments and reduce available properties for sale across the city, the campaign is one of many ways we`re reigniting Melbourne. Greater demand for city properties will also increase footfall, boost local businesses and bolster the sense of community and vibrancy – trademarks of Melbourne.
Adding to the drawcard, buyers can take advantage of great stamp duty savings when buying eligible properties in the city between now and 30 June 2022 (terms and conditions apply).
You get so much more when you buy property in the city. Enjoy extraordinary everyday living.
