Before 2010, this survey type known as a Type 3 Asbestos Survey.  

Any works that are likely to intrusively disturb the building fabric must have had an Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Survey conducted beforehand.  

HBI by UL Solutions are fully UKAS accredited to undertake Asbestos Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in all building types.
