And because we offer a Bin Lift Loan Service your dustcart doesn’t need to be kept off the road. We can provide you with a temporary replacement bin-lift, free of charge, whilst yours is beingre-manufactured. Before we start remanufacturing the bin lift we strip it back to the basic frame and draw up a work plan specification. We remanufacture the bin lifting chairs and bin lid opener mechanism as standard, and replace all pins and bushes, hydraulic hoses and electrical wiring with new. The hydraulic cylinders are pressure tested, remanufactured and certificated. The complete lifter is then shot blasted, primed and painted in a colour of your choice, before being assembled back on to your refuse truck body.
