Biocleaner Warranty Services

Biocleaner guarantees that all units have been thoroughly tested to be in good working order. Biocleaner warrants that your unit will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use within a period of one year from date of purchase based on the invoice. Biocleaner will, at its option, repair or replace a defective unit without charge upon its receipt of proof of the date of purchase. If a replacement unit is necessary to service this warranty, the replacement unit may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement unit is sent, a new limited one year warranty will be applied to the replacement unit. Any damage to or malfunction of your unit resulting from the use of non-parts may not be covered by this warranty or may result in a service fee if the damage or malfunction determined to be caused by such use.
