At ECC, we provide a full range of fuel systems services tailored to benefit our Department of Defense (DOD) clients. Our highly experienced senior team has executed hundreds of projects worldwide requiring tank and fueling system services for clients. We provide tailored and innovative solutions to developing, sustaining, and maintaining fuel systems, and our specialists are fully knowledgeable and trained in all standards, codes, and regulations that apply to fuel systems. ECC`s comprehensive bulk fuel system services include:
Fuel Handling Systems: Piping system inspections per API 570, transfer pump additions and upgrades, filter/separator additions and upgrades, valve and control system repairs and upgrades, and coating repairs and upgrades
Fuel Loading Systems: Vehicle and aircraft loading stands, pantograph hot fueling systems, hydrant systems, and pier loading arms
Fuel Storage Systems: Tank API 653 inspections, tank repairs and recoating per API 653, floating roof additions, floor replacements, and stair and hand rail repairs and upgrades
Fuel Pipelines: Evaluation integration, including routing alignment verification, visual inspection per API 570, leak detection, and smart pigging; as well as pipeline repairs utilizing cut-outs, sleeves, clamps, clock springs, and complete replacements
