Enviro-Equipment is a factory authorized RAE Systems service center. We offer repair and calibration services for RAE Systems gas detection and organic vapor analyzers. Services include diagnosis, repair, and final testing of equipment, zero and span calibrations with calibration records, firmware updates (if applicable), filter and pump cleaning, and more.Clean & Calibrate PID/FID - $135.00
Clean outer surfaces, sensor, lamp (PID), flame capsule (FID), sampling pump (if present), sintered metal filters, update firmware (if allowable), zero & span calibration with calibration record.
Clean & Calibrate Gas Meter - $135.00
Clean outer surfaces, sampling pump (if present), update firmware (if allowable), zero & span calibration with calibration record.
Does not include equipment repair rate and parts if repair is necessary
Equipment Repair Labor - $95 / Hour
Repair services include diagnosis, repair, and final testing of equipment. We will provide an estimate for repair, including total labor and parts cost, prior to completing work. A $95.00 assessment fee will be charged for all units that are sent back without being repaired or calibrated. This assessment fee is waived if equipment is repaired or calibrated.
