CDM Co-ordination Services
BWB provide comprehensive CDM Co-ordination services for notifiable projects in order to assist our Clients in complying with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007.
We provide health and safety advice as well as full CDM Co-ordinator services. We will advise on the competence and resources of the Designer(s) and the Contractor, obtain Hazard Register(s) from Designer(s), identify, collate and prepare the Pre-Construction Information and issue the F10 Notification to the HSE.
At commencement of construction we will advise on the adequacy of the Principal Contractor’s Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan. Once construction is underway we will liaise with the Principal Contractor and assess their risk assessments and method statements and assist with the compilation of a project Health and Safety File on completion.
