Certification - Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment (CfSH)
The ‘Code’ was first launched by the Government in 2007 to replace EcoHomes as the National standard to be used in the design and construction of new-build residential properties in England. Formal code assessment of new-build dwellings can only be carried out by a suitably qualified, licensed and registered, Code Assessor.
Frankham Environmental Sustainability Team has experienced and qualified Code Assessors that can provide advice and certification at different stages of the development process, including:
Pre-assessment reports – for planning application guidance and initial project design
Design stage assessment – to achieve interim certification
Post-construction Assessment – to achieve final certification
