Employer’s Agent
We encourage the involvement of our Employer’s Agents in a scheme at the earliest possible stage of the design process so that we have maximum opportunity to ensure the client’s brief is viable, the design proposals are achievable within the outline cost constraints and that all stakeholders in the project have had the opportunity to have an input. It is at this stage of the project that we have maximum influence over the project design and delivery to ensure that the consultant’s design to the brief and the cost plan.
