Climbex - Industrial Vacuuming Services

We provide services on a one-off or regular basis. They are always tailored to the client’s requirements and quality standards of a given organisation. We perform these services using mixed techniques (scaffolding, aerial lifts, rope access, etc.) which increase the effectiveness of the work performed. We also provide cleaning services in potentially explosive areas and in areas where there are risks arising from chemical and physical agents.

We use specialist industrial vacuum cleaners with a power of 55 kW and a capacity of approx. 3,000 m3/h, producing a vacuum of 50 kPa. Before commencing the works, we install our own system consisting of a main pipe with a diameter of 150 mm, which can be up to 150 m long. At the end of the main pipe there is a manifold to which 4 to 6 hoses with a diameter of 50 mm and a length of up to 40 m can be connected. This system makes it possible for us to vacuum any place in a standard industrial building.
