We provide catalytic reactor and adsorber services for the chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as in oil and natural gas processing. In these industries, catalysts are widely used in manufacturing processes and the level of activity of a well-chosen catalyst has a key impact on the quality and properties of the end product. When a catalytic material shows a decrease in activity, it is a sign that it needs to be replaced.

We provide specialist pressure cleaning services (hydrodynamic cleaning, water jetting) consisting in directing a water jet at a pressure of 50 to 2,500 bar towards the cleaned surfaces. Cleaning with water ensures the highest possible degree of surface cleanliness. The method is used to remove heavy process sludge from industrial systems and to remove concrete from reinforced concrete structures while leaving the reinforcement, as well as for cutting of reinforced concrete.

Industrial plant managers often face the challenge of assessing the condition of structural elements that have been in service for a long period of time. We support our clients in this process by taking precise measurements of the thickness of steel structures. The ultrasonic measurement method allows us to determine the actual thickness of the structure, as well as the size of corrosion cavities.
