Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments (CSH)

SHARE

Launched by the Government in 2007 the Code for Sustainable Homes replaces EcoHomes as the National standard to be used in the design and construction of new-build residential properties in England. The Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) is increasingly being used to benchmark the sustainability of new housing developments, with many Planning Authorities and Housing Associations requiring Code Level 3 and 4 respectively as a minimum.
