Recresco empty Bottle Banks nationwide. We use specialised lorries with custom built equipment. We also supply Bottle Banks for local authorities and others. The lorries have two separate compartments inside and collect two colours at once. Brown or Amber bottle banks take longer to fill up so we normally empty them much less often. When deciding what to put into the bottle bank it"s good to follow a few general rules.

- Blue Bottles should be put into the Green Bank.
- Yellow or Black Bottles should be put into the Brown or Amber bank.
- If you`re not sure of the colour, put it in the Green Bank.
- Do not put Ceramic, Earthenware or Ovenware into the Bottle Bank.
- Do not put Stones, Plastic Bottles, Cans or General Rubbish into the Bottle Bank.
If everybody keeps to the above, then the cullet we produce will be cleaner and that means the bottle manufactures can use a higher percentage of recycled glass in their furnaces.
