Our quarterly newsletter, The GMS Clipper, and periodic client circulars provide reference information on all new and proposed regulations that will affect vessel owners and operators. We assist in specific regulatory compliance in the following areas:
Scheduling Tank Vessel Examination and Letter of Compliance Examination, and submitting the required fee to the USCG.
Providing port entry assistance at the Federal and State levels, including rapid reaction.
We fully understand the nature and demands of vessel operations and routinely assist client vessels with port entry problems on short notice - with minimal delay or incurrence of off-hire charges. We also provide the Authorized Individual (AI) and other spill response requirements to meet Canadian law.
