Compliance Testing Services
As part of its commitment to providing customers a total, long-life emissions abatement solution, CSM offers a full range of testing services to ensure that every aspect of your system is performing to spec in all areas.
Compliance Testing
We provide a unique "total system" approach to plant emission compliance through our Complete Compliance Program. We begin with an evaluation of all compliance and permit issues at both the state and federal levels, continue through pollution-control equipment design and manufacture, and then provide continual field service and engineering support as needed to ensure continuous compliance over the life of our system. Our CCC Program also includes:
- Catalyst testing, cleaning and, if necessary, replacement
- Pressure transmitter calibration
- Process blower maintenance and lubrication
- Oven-to-oxidizer duct work cleaning
Stack Testing
We take on the critical task of stack testing to measure emissions and verify system performance. However, what sets us apart from other stack testers is our special expertise in VOC composition, which we have used to develop a fast, reliable and inexpensive technique for testing the performance of VOC destruction devices such as thermal oxidizers and catalytic oxidizers.
Proposed by the ICAC and designated CTM-042 by the U.S. EPA, our new technique may be used in conjunction with U.S. EPA Test Method 25A to provide real-time differential measurement of total hydrocarbons, methanes and, by difference, non-methane hydrocarbons. Originally developed for use in commercial bakeries, CSM`s test technique is gaining wider acceptance for tests in other industrial applications.
Diagnostic Testing
CSM field engineers are well-trained to perform field audits on your system, utilizing the best analytical test equipment to measure all typical pollutant types, including basic CO2, NOx, CO, and others; HAPs; trace metals, acids and acid gases, and sulfur compounds.
