Condition Survey – This survey is carried out at the request of the P&I Club or a potential buyer. The purpose of this survey is to provide an accurate description of the vessels condition at the time of the inspection.

Pre-Sale Inspection – The purpose of the Pre-sale Inspection is to see that the condition of the vessel meets with its sale specification.

Repairs Specification – We provide a “repairs specification” for the minimum but absolutely necessary works in order vessel to meet / comply with issued (valid or expired) certificates. In addition we quantify the works required to bring up a vessel to the “pre-sale” specification and evaluate repairs cost upon request.
